Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your article must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must not have been opened. It must be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of products already used, the returned products must be in perfect condition marketing. No returns will be accepted on products that have been used and that, as a matter of hygiene.
Items that can not be returned:

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original state, which is damaged or has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will e-mail to confirm that we have received. We also our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a number of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchange (if applicable)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it against the same article, send us an e-mail to email@example.com
To return a product, you will be responsible to pay your own shipping to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you send an item with a value of 500 AED you should consider using a delivery service which allows you to track the shipment or subscribe to a shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we receive the item you we return.
